Princess and the frog narrative writing

Once upon a time there lived a beautiful princess. One day her father called her to come into his room, She went inside and then what was in her father's hands was a beautiful golden ball. The father said “This is a present for you my daughter” and he gave the princess the golden ball. 

The princess loved the ball and she started to walk around with it everywhere, until one day she was playing with her ball until it suddenly dropped and started to roll. It dropped and sunk all the way into the pond and the princess started crying until a frog leaped next to the princess. The frog said “Hello my beautiful princess. Is everything alright?” The princess started and got quite scared because she had never seen a talking frog before. The princess said “No I'm not alright because I was playing with my golden ball that my father got me. Then it started rolling into the pond and sank all the way down. The frog felt bad for her so he asked the princess “My beautiful princess I have an offer for you. If I go and get your golden ball will you promise me to let me live in the castle with you?” The princess went silent and thought about it and then she nodded and waited for the frog to get her golden ball. The frog got all happy and jumped into the pond to get her golden ball. Once he had the ball he gave it to the princess and the princess wiped her tears away and started to walk happily back to the castle. When the princess was walking the frog then said “My princess, haven't you forgotten our offer?” The princess stopped then she turned and looked at the frog and started to laugh. The princess said “Do you really think you were going to live in a beautiful castle with me. You are way to ugly to live in my castle”. The frog then suddenly got very sad and walked away. 

The next day came by and the princess and her father and mother were having a lovely dinner until… they heard a knock on their door. It was the maid saying that a frog said the princess invited him to come inside. The father said to the princess “What is going on?” The princess explained what happened yesterday. Then the king said “Bring the frog inside” The maid opened the door for the frog, The frog leaped onto the table and said “hello fellow people '' The king ordered the maid to make the frog a plate of food. The maid was about to leave and make the food until the frog denied and said “No thank you my king I can eat off the princesses plate” So he gobbled up while the princess stared at her plate while it got empty. It was finally time to go to bed. When the princess was brushing her hair before bed the frog got tired and said “My princess I am getting tired. I am going to sleep on your bed if you don't mind. So he fell asleep on the princesses soft pillow. When the frog woke up he woke up the princess too “Good morning my beautiful princess. My princess I have one more wish from you, If you do that I will leave right away”.  The princess listened and said “deal”.  The frog said “My beautiful princess I want you to kiss me and I will go away forever”. The princess looked in disgust and thought about it. She then said “Ok you promise you will go away”. The frog said “yes my beautiful princess”. So the princess picked up the frog and kissed him on the lips THEN SUDDENLY a bright light came and then instead of a frog it was a young handsome prince standing there. The princess was in shock. She said “Where did the frog go?” The prince explained everything he said “My beautiful princess. I am a prince in a kingdom far far away, a witch came one day and casted a spell on me, she told me that I have to find a princess,stay with her overnight and get a kiss from her. Thanks to you I am the prince I was meant to be” The princess took the prince down stairs and explained everything to her father then she said “Father is it ok if I stay with this Prince in a kingdom far far away?” Her father said “Yes my daughter you can go, you are all grown up now” The princess and the prince left for his kingdom.

They got married and live happily ever after.

Cinderella Narrative writing

 Cinderella Narrative Retelling

Once upon a time there was a married couple. They had

 a young pretty daughter. The couple lived in a beautiful house. One day the mother got very sick. Later on she sadly passed away. The daughter and dad were very sad. The Dad fell in love a second time and married a cruel woman. The woman was named Rita and she had two daughters named Drizella and Anastasia. The daughters were very vain and cruel just like her mother (and they secretly picked their noses).  The daughters said to the other sister “You will clean this house every day so it stays sparkly and spotless” they also named her Cinderella. Cinderella did what they said and every day she would spend all her time cleaning. One day the King announced a ball for his son to get married. He gave an invitation to all the girls in his Kingdom. The daughters commanded Cinderella to make them look like the prettiest girl in the world. So Cinderella did what they said. Cinderella really wanted to go to the ball so she asked her step mother if she could go, The mother said “Not until you clean the kitchen and dust all the rooms”. Cinderella cried and cried because it would take her weeks to do them all. The mice and birds saw Cinderella very sad so they helped her clean until it was nice and spotless. Cinderella said “Mother I am finished can I go to the ball now?” 

The mother laughed she said “Not if you're looking like that.”Rita looked her up and down and left. 

Cinderella was very sad that she couldn’t go to the ball. She cried and cried. The mice and birds felt very bad but they couldn't do anything about it. She ran outside and cried. Suddenly she heard the bushes shaking and then an old woman came out with a dress and a wand. She said “Hello there Cinderella, are you ok?”. Cinderella said “No because I can't go to the ball”. 

The Fairy Godmother said “Well since I am your Fairy Godmother I will transform you into a pretty princess”. So Cinderella wiped her tears away and waited for her Fairy Godmother to transform her into a princess.

The Fairy Godmother waved her magic wand. She  turned her old filthy dress into a beautiful blue dress with glass slippers. She turned the mice into horses and turned the birds into horsemen. The Fairy Godmother said “ Remember that the spell goes away at midnight so be careful”. Cinderella remembered and left the ball. When she walked inside the ballroom everybody stared and admired how beautiful Cinderella was. The Prince could not get his eyes off Cinderella. The Prince danced and danced with Cinderella until… Suddenly the clock struck midnight and Cinderella stormed out of the room but the Prince wanted her to stay. When she was running she accidentally forgot her other pair of glass slippers. The next day came by and she did what she normally does: sweeps and dusts. Then the Prince wanted to find his princess, so he grabbed Cinderella's other pair of slippers and searched the whole entire kingdom. He finally went to the last house which was Cinderella's house. He put on the slipper for the two step sisters but it didn't  fit. He put it on Rita but it still did not fit. The Prince said “Do you have any other girls in this house?”. 

Rita said “Yes but she is our house maid”. The Prince said “Guide me to her”. When the Prince saw her he placed the slipper down on the floor and she placed her foot in it and it fitted. The prince said “She is my Princess”. Cinderella moved out of the horrid house and left with Prince charming.

Then the Prince and Cinderella got married and lived happily ever after.

 This movie is about happiness. People that were featured in this movie are Rosina, Ken P, Dwight, Lyrissa, Ken F and myself. This movie is a practise run and was made on one of the school's Ipad.
